What is the difference between a guaranteed prize and a sweepstakes?

Guaranteed prizes require more points, but they are a sure thing. If you redeem for a guaranteed prize you will automatically be sent the gift card two weeks from the time of redemption.

A sweepstakes is an entry into a lottery drawing. The more points you earn, the more you can redeem and the greater your chances of possibly winning.

Why am I getting a message saying I don't have enough points?

Unfortunately, this means you do not have enough points to redeem for the prize you want. There sometimes can be a 24-48 hour delay between when you earn points to when they are posted to your account.

How are winners notified?

Our prizing coordinator will contact all winners via their Panel app email. We also post winners on our website, https://getpanelapp.com/winners.

I won a sweepstakes, where is my prize?

Please note, receiving an email with the subject line "Panel Redemption Confirmation" does not mean that you are a winner. This email is a confirmation of entry into our sweepstakes. Winners will be notified via email with instructions on how to proceed.

How do I reset my password?

Please, navigate to the sign in page in your app and click "Forgot your password?" We will send you an email to reset you password. Please, be sure to check your spam folder as this email often will get filtered there.

The link to verify my account does not work.

First, try copying and pasting the link in your web browser. If that does not work go to your settings and check if your email is correctly listed. If the email is incorrect tap on the incorrect email and adjust it as needed. This will force our system to email you a new verification link.

Why are there no surveys on the iPad?

Our app for the time being does not serve Placed Surveys for iPad. You will receive surveys purely on your mobile device.

Why are there duplicate questions?

This is caused as you are taking multiple surveys from different market pools. You are still receiving bonus points for answering the questions.

Please report any inappropriate survey responses to us so that we can take immediate action to remove them from our database. Thank you for your assistance!

I am not receiving points after completing a survey?

In order to get points make sure that you have GPS and internet connection on.

How do I refer a friend?

Click the "Share" button. You will be provided with various opportunities to share the app with your friends.

It can take up to 72 hours for a referral to register in our system.
